I know they change vendors from time to time. I know my friend roasted for them for years and just lost their contract. Could be its someone else roasting it.

If you are a home roaster they might work for you. If you are a business you will want to find a broker..if you want I am can send you some phone numbers. Also if you are home roaster a good trick is to find a local roaster and buy green from them.

I just can't see how you can keep up if you are truly custom roasting to order. Why are you so secretive of your roasting process/operation? Most people are proud to show off what they do and have. I look forward to hearing of your success.

What size roaster do you have? The reason I ask is lets say you have 10 different blends. That's 10 different batches. Even if you are one of these new school roasters that roasts at 9 minutes that is 90 minutes to produce only 10 lbs. If you have anything over a 2 kilo you will have left...

Are you providing the green? If you are looking for a price for "toll roasting" and packaging I would say you are looking at about $1 a lb. I wouldn't personally do it for any cheaper than that. You would have to provide the green, bags and boxes. Hope this helps.

I would like to add that though this is not a well known brand and very inexpensive the one I bought brand new is still running after 8 years with no issues ever. The one we bought used disappeared(think an employee took it when that company sold)

I would go stand alone for exactly what Musicphan said and also it is more that can go wrong with your unit. If the grinder dies on the unit you are screwed.

Have you tried grinding the coffee a bit finer? That grind looks closer to a french press grind. The cup will be much richer if you go a bit finer.

I think they are referring to green coffee diet pills. We had loads of people asking about this when it first was featured on some daytime talk show a couple of years back. Best weight loss is done through a proper diet and exercise.

I wasn't knocking your business model ...just pointing out the price difference. Then again these smaller roasters are selling coffee at $18 to $30 a lb. So I guess it works out. ;)

The problem is why you buy smaller amounts it cost you more money per pound. My roastery is tiny. I can only store a 100 bags at a time. I wish I had more room...hopefully a bigger place is on the horizon.
