I developed a whole menu for coffee based alcoholic beverages. Irish coffee is great but I prefer Gaelic coffee personally. One of our top sellers was coffee with cointreau and godiva chocolate liqueur topped with whipped cream.

I haven't try this irish coffee but I heard from a friend that it tastes good especiaally if you take it with the cold weather.
