Considered better by who? Not by me. I love some milk in my coffee. I don't care for sugar however.Good information. I would like to add here that coffee without milk and sugar is considered better. But most people in India serve coffee with milk and sugar. It is common here that if you order a hot cup of coffee in any restaurant then you won't be given black coffee, but with milk and sugar.
I try to keep it to one cup a day when I get up. Not always successful. The blend I have come up with is awful tempting. If I fail, I'll usually have the second cup around 3pm....the latest without it being able to keep me up past bedtime.[FONT="]NOTE: If you are pregnant, refrain from coffee.
