Rebclick- That is the most romantic sounding experience with coffee I've ever heard...I kind wish I was there too haha. Definitely agree with the flavor/smell correlation to experiences.
dstrand- I LOVE seeing that transformation on peoples' faces. I think one reason I love coffee is because as a Barista I see the positive social effects it can have on people!
I love coffee for many reasons. It's smell makes me feel warm and cozy and comfortable. I never used to like the taste until I experienced my first cup of Guatemala black. It was so balanced and creamy with a thick body. Once I got tired of Guatemala (is it possible?) I began to embrace and enjoy the many different notes and characteristics different blends can bring to a cup. I love going home with the pungency of roasted coffee beans drenching my clothes.
