So a few years back my wife bought me a stove top espresso maker to add to my collection. This one is a wee bit different than the traditional stove tops. I almost blew it up the first time I used it. Well slow day at the office today and decided to give it a second try. I caught my first demi cup on fire. I didn't think that through too well and the flame licked over the edge. Second attempt much better. Second time was the charm. That being said. It wasn't bad but I just realized I do not like stove top espresso.
