Satellite Radio In Your Shop - Legal Question

Is it OK to pipe satellite (i.e. Sirius or XM) radio into your shop without notifying them of such?

I thought I'd heard that the satellite entities want to, in some way, start charging retail operations for this type of service.

It's my understanding that sirius and xm both have commercial subscriptions which run between 24 and 30 a month. This would cover your royalties.

Also the National Rest. Association had this awhile back.
