Cimbali M1 continuous beeping

Machine was in milk wash cycle when power cut out. After repowering machine display is blank, no activity and continously beeps

Any help would be appreciated, especially a service manual

I realize that I am late to the party with this answer but It may help someone else.

La Cimbali Super-auto machines like the M1 are generally stable and reliable performers, nevertheless, on occasion, weird stuff can happen.
Generally, if you can't find an electro-mechanical problem with the machine (for example: Stuck valve, clogged port, dead heater, etc...) you can look to a board reset as a hail Mary solution.
More often than not, the board reset will restore the desired behaviour.

You will need to perform a board reset. To do this you must flip one of the pins on the boards DIP switch.
After the machine programming will need to be reset. Fortunately this is not too difficult and should not take more that 20 minutes or so.

I am uploading the tech manual with instructions on how to to do this. See Page 20.

For group cleaning:

Check that the sliding hatch for the pills is closed.
Check the sensor and connectors for the hatch.

Once opened, the machine will not exit cleaning mode (reboot or not) unless the cleaning cycle is complete.

You can exit the cycle by pressing the top left key (typically set to single espresso). This action forces a "no grind espresso" ejecting any cleaning pills and somewhat rinsing the solution in the group valve.
I would then resume a group rinse or complete wash as the detergent should not be consumed by people.

If you still can't get the machine to stop the cleaning cycle, you may need to do a factory reset.
There is an option for that in the menu.
Reprogramming the machine does not take too long (about 20 minutes).

Current situation: Dip sw 1-4, 6-8 off. 5 on
Beeps every 2 seconds
I don't think water is getting hot or even allowed into machine. (solenoid doesn't click). I've never seen water dispense from this unit (bought at restaurant auction)
As mentioned before, put in milk wash cycle with top off, beeps every 2 seconds. Display is backlit but blank.
No buttons respond

*** Thanks for the extra info, it led me to find the cleaning cover switch is missing the wiring (just the sensor remains. It has 2 wires to each side of the sensor pickup, and the cleaning lid has a plastic divider that sides between the sensor pickups. If i can determine which wires to jump I can bypass the sensor.

Have a schematic or picture of this sensor? TIA!

Update: I traced it back to the board, unplugged the harness. Also during this I disconnected all the plug. After reassembly it started displaying water cold. Great! Boiler heated up, shows 8-9 bar on guage. Selected Latte, grinder filled the chamber, compressed onto piston (displays its making a cup) but NO liquid is injected into chamber. Finishes after preset time and ejects a dry puck.

Checked lines.... boiler doesn't seem to be filling up. Have pressure @ pump inlet/outlet to 1st solenoid (has 8 Bar on guage) Have not heard pump spin.

Is there any logical progression to open this solenoid? I thought the boiler would not heat unless water level was ok? TIA!

12/20/24 update: User installation error. Wasn't wired to 220V - :/

I've made espresso shots, but selecting 16oz espresso doesn't fill the cup... just dispenses a shot. Checked/cleaned the solenoids and lines. If I select quick wash it does dispense water.
