So almost a year ago I had someone drive their car through the front of my roastery. They did close to $30k in damages. We had to have a plywood door for almost a year! Well we are finally put back together. It is so much better than before. We had one door to the outside and it was just a normal single door. Since she made a nice hole with her car I went with double doors. I can now move pallets out and in the door. This is a life saver! In the past we would drop anywhere from 3 to 10 pallets of coffee and bring them in 1 bag at a time. Not anymore! One day we will be in a warehouse setting...hopefully sooner than later.

The whole roastery is under 800 sqft. If you look at the last picture you can see the weigh and fill in the back of the room. We can knock knock out about 10k lbs a week in this location. The issue is green storage. To have 10k lbs weekly you need to have 12k lbs green and that takes up a lot of room.
