Rebuilding Royal #1 Coffee Roaster

I found your info on the web and have seen the youtube of your beautiful roaster. I have inherited a #1 royal coffee roaster from my cousin. My son and I are going to restore it to working condition. I have a little background in coffee roasting due to my friendship with a family that has been in the coffee business for four generations. I would really like to get a silicone mold of the casting for the upper coffee door. It appears to be the only “special” piece missing. The fiber gear is also gone but If all else fails I can cut a new one.

Any help or advise you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
