Hi everyone,
I have a Bodum French Press sold by Starbucks which I'm quite certain is the type that got recalled by a few years back (I'll put a link below). However, while trying to figure out how many table spoons of coffee to use I measured the volume of the french press and it's a bit over 5 cups, even though all the recall notices say that the recalled french press (which looks completely identical to mine) is 8 cups. I'm a coffee novice but when a french press is referred to as having a capacity of a certain number of cups, are they not referring to one fluid cup, as in the common measurement?
Thanks For Any Help
