Our Coffee Farm + Future Cafe, Copán Ruinas, HND

After some stain... Personally I like the look so far. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1454538342.305206.webp

just stumbled across this thread. great idea to be a grower, processor, and roaster. went to a coffee farm in northern Peru, and they had a setup quite similar. the processing facility, and a separate facility where they did sample roasting and cupping of different varietals. they also were a member of SCCA. you are living my dream Daniel!
as for the coffee bags, try:
Stand Up Pouches, Coffee Bags, Paper Bags, Beef Jerky Bags

Well thank you! It's a VERY LONG journey and far from over! However we have a great team and I have great support network to help me push through when it's tuff!

Going to do another coat of Poly, but I'm digging it. The pic doesn't do it justice. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1454682467.859427.webp

out of curiosity, (and i'm looking for one) what are you using to remove the parchment shell?

Honestly we haven't gotten to that stage of equipment yet. That part is still subbed out. When we do that part our selves, we will likely start out real simple as we do with everything.

It's always a bummer when your taking things apart to clean and bolts strip out or break! I now get to drill out three bolts....grrrr! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1454983009.590234.webp
