I am Raymond from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I love coffee. I enjoy using various methods of brewing my coffee as well.

Welcome welcome welcome! I miss that area! I was the roaster for the Beau Rivage casino for a few years. There were a few shops when I was there. Joys coffee just outside the base, and one in Pascagoula that a guy from Seattle built. The one in Pascagoula never opened...probably one of the coolest shops I had seen. I became friends with the guy who built it. I asked why he never opened and he said he realized he didn't like the retail biz. He let me come by and train for a barista contest I was entering. This was back in the early 2000's. How have things changed? Is the Beau still roasting? Oh well...again welcome to the forums!

I am unaware of the Beau roasting coffee. I will have to check that out. I have been on the coast for 12 years. We have had a few coffee shops come and go. PJ's just moved in to the area. They have really been a strong presence. SB is here of course. I will check out the Beau and send some information as I get it.
