Massachusetts Home Roasting Business Qustion

Hi all,

While likely asked a million times in a million ways, I'm asking for my circumstances.

I'd like to roast out of the home (garage specifically) for business in Massachusetts and can't get a good enough answer from the municipality as to what is needed or if it's possible at all. I have this fear an inspector will tell me I need a kitchen or something. For clarity, I'm not talking about people coming to my home to purchase but rather roast there and sell elsewhere.

Any input is appreciated.
