I steam it to about 110 then pour it over ice...that way it doesn't water down the drink...

COOL 8) 8) 8) does it matter what type of milk? 2%, 1/2&1/2?
I personally do not drink milk..I think it is yucky! but at the last place I worked we used whole milk unless the specified that they wanted 2 % or hippy juice(soy) try it and tell me what you think...you steam your milk for ice cappuccinos don't you? I hate that you see people making iced caps and they are actaully making lattes...like I said it does make the milk sweeter
coffee guy I forgot to ask you....do you have stores? I am coming out to Seattle for the next SCAA show...I know its a long way out but I would love to check out your operation...and grab a pint I mean a few pints. :grin:
