First post! Didn't know where else to look for help regarding this issue.
So my production roaster was mixing beans in the cooling tray and heard some kind of a bump in the gears i'm assuming, and the lever stopped moving the rod that allows the gears for the cooling tray arms to engage and disengage with each other.
I took apart the lever portion to figure out what was wrong and I found that the rod was only moving maybe 1/2 inch back and forth.
I tried pulling the rod by the gear from the back but had no success.
I've never had this happen to me before and would love some kind of tips on how I could find a solution to this.
Thanks so much!
