Welcome! It's an exciting time for you all. Specialty coffee is really exploding in the UK. I was excited to see a roastery opened in my wifes home town of Clyde Bank. I was over a few years back and it was like the US in the 90's. I give it 5 years and you will have a coffee shop at ever turn
