Healthy coffee drink

In fact, coffee, tea, cigarette, tobacco are not healthy because the cause some problems to our health later.
The main thing is, they are addictive, so people fall in the addiction.

The solution is, we should have limitation to consume these products to maintain our precious health!

Some precautions related to coffee uses:

Switch off your coffee maker after 2 PM.

Don't use too much sugar in your coffee.

Always choose a reputed coffee brand.

Prevent yourself from taking too much coffee on a daily basis.

I don't think coffee is bad for you, and I certainly don't think any particular kind of coffee is significantly worse or better for your health. If you are going to drink coffee, get what you like, prepare it how you like and drink it how you like. If you believe coffee is not good for your health or your particular health, don't drink it. I don't mean this in a snarky way. Research it out and don't do what isn't good for you.

I think that when driving home from a long camping trip, coffee is exceptionally good for you.
