Francis Francis X1 Problem

Hello, My machine won't pull water through the tubing and now just beeps constantly. I had it in storage for a year, and now it won't work. Does anyone have an idea on the problem? Is it the pump? Where should I order one? I'm hoping not to have to mail it to a tech shop.ThxSean

Sadly you may have to send it in. One thing espresso machines hate is to be put away in storage without being properly drained. That's kinda hard to do on a Francis Francis machine. Sounds like your water dried out and may have left behind some scaling. This could be causing a blockage or have even fouled a valve or your pump. Best solution for you is to call the tech support and if they tell you to send it in the by all means follow their direction.
