We're selling an amazing, La Marzocco Strada EP3 custom espresso machine. This is the more rare "electronic paddle" version of the Strada.
We've downsized to a 2-group in our cramped shop to increase countertop space. That is the only reason we're getting rid of this beauty.
We've had this machine serviced every 6 months and have recently done the following:
- New main screen and computer controller (the one with the knob)
- New steam controller contact plates installed (6 mo ago)
- New boiler valve (6 mo ago)- New group gaskets (just installed)
- New portafilter baskets (just installed)
In addition to regular servicing, we've been meticulous about the water we put in our machines. We only run filtered RO water through it.
As for aesthetics, the strada has custom matte black on the body with walnut trim. Tray and warmer rack are left stainless.
This machine is incredible! It can both retail pressure-profile settings or allow you to pull all shots manually. Shot timers are built-in. I could say more, but I'll leave it to the official La Marzocco site for all specs.
This unit is Strada V1.1. Manufacture plat says it was built 12/11
