We have a double drive thru coffee shop that was purchased in November 2007. The unit is fully equipped with electrical and all plumbing which will hook into your local utilities. It's 8x22' and can be moved to your location via semi trailer. The unit comes apart at the roof and is transported in two pieces. transport shop to your site and hook up your local utilities and you are in business. The unit cost over $100.000 new and we are selling this for $45,000. I have attached one picture of the outside and if someone is interested or needs more pictures we can provide these. I have included all the equipment in the cost of this, but the price for disassembling and transportation is the buyers responsibility.
