Dietrich CR-45 - Missing equipment label- need a picture of one, please.

Hello everyone, we have just refurbished a CR-45 roaster and need to get it CSA certified but we are missing the panel with the equipment label. If anyone currently has this machine, please assist by sending me a photograph of the label so we can get one made.

Yes of course, they said that since this model product is no longer supported they have absolutely no info to give to me.
