Hello, I'm hoping someone here will be able to help with this problem. My delonghi ecam 45.760w until recently worked great. Then the milk functions stopped working. The machine still beeps when the milk tank is connected but after that the buttons just said heating up and that was it.
I went ahead and replaced the two thermal cutout fuses but nothing changed. After that I swapped out the carafe coupling with still no change.

As it stands at the moment, when the machine is turned on, it goes through it's cycle, self diagnosis, heating up, rinsing, then heating up. At this point it does not change and will if left move in a General Alarm state. If interrupted by pressing the hot water button it asks for the water spout and then clears the heating up message and coffee can be made as normal.

Also, the steam function doesn't seem to do anything other than chug endlessly.

I would love some concrete help as currently I'm just scouring you tube for different videos in the hope that one of them will get me to a fix.
I have two solenoid valves on order which I was going to fit as soon as they arrive.

Thank you for reading this wall of text, Ive tried to be thorough, buuuut, it's a lot.

I have the exact same issue with this machine, no steam or hot water as of yesterday, so hoping someone can offer advice and a solution.

5 months for a reply, I was excited to check to see if it was a fix as I still have the issue. I'll tell you what it's not so far, and where I am up to; hopefully it will save you some money.
I have changed the
2 thermal cutouts, - no change
Milk carafe connector - no change
The PCB - no change (although this solved a different issue where the machine would go into general alarm after heating up if the hot water button wasn't pressed)
Both solenoid valves - no change

I am going to change the pump as I read that pumps always running to their maximum 15bar can shorten their lifespan and my machine has made approx 6500-7000 cups since buying it. (I'd read that some owners mod their machines to lower the output of the pump from 15 to 9bar increasing lifespan).

My approach has at least done one thing if not waste my money on educated guessing of faulty parts, that is I can strip this thing down like an F1

pit crew now🤦)

I did try and engineer for the fix but apart from paying £90 for a 5 minute visit in which he said the PCB was the issue, they were no help)

Good luck, I hope you find more success than me
