I emailed him early Sat. morning and 3 hours later he called me back!! Great customer service with that!!
I called Visions Espresso in WA 3 times and received voice mail, left messages, never a return call. They lost my business.

I did speak with him for quite awhile and agree he seems like a great vendor!! I was interested in the Mirage Idrocompresso model. Jumping the gun here before I find a Cafe location but it will be used in my roasting facility to practice with until the right location comes around!

I don't know where you are located in Mass. but if you get an Idro I'd love to come up & see it. A friend in England may be getting one for personal use as he's been offered a good deal through an Italian dealer. Definitely a beautiful machine!!
