Coffee for Weight Loss?

Coffee not only boosts your metabolism, but it acts as a natural laxative which can cause you to pass things on quicker than your body normally would. Both of those can ultimately cause weight loss. It is a healthy way to lose weight, unless you drink loads of coffee. I wouldn't suggest using WEIGHT LOSS coffee to lose weight. None of the weight loss food/suppliments cause NATURAL weight loss, which can be extremely harmful to your heart in the long run.
