Best Home Espresso Machine ~ Suggestions?

I had Gaaga clasic more 3 years and was plesuared , Visible water tank is nice, but I check mine daily and top it off often. -I warm my cups by running hot water in them. Cup warmers are nice, but a machine would have to stay on awhile to make this effective.
-Programmable settings are OK, but not totally necessary IMO. Because there are so many variables in espresso I just don't think you can dose a certain amount of water and have super consistent results every time because of changes in grinding, dosing, humidity, etc.....

The list of espresso machines above seem to be the best choice who addicts espresso.
