best espresso ?

I have two questions about choosing a coffee
What is the best proportion of Robusta and Arabica? ,
or what you prefer to make cappuccino and latte ?

There are many companies ( I found these brands):
Illy, Cagliari, Oro, Manuel .... etc
What company you recommend, and why?

Are you doing research for someone?

Excellent note.
I do not want work research to other people, but I have a small cafe and I want to choose high quality products,unfortunately I did not have a great experience to compare between brands, and I searched about sources to assess the brands but I did not get on right source, so I asked you for help.
