Best Espresso Machine

Hello folks,
I looking to get a home espresso machine to learn to make cafe coffee drinks like cortados and americanos. I'm looking for ones that have a built in grinder that are pretty fast and help me get started on frothing my milk rather than just heating my milk. I'd also like to have a way to make tea as well and I want a semi automatic machine.

Only semi-autos with a built-in grinder that seem to have a decent reputation are those from Breville. They heat up fast, allow decent milk texturing and aren't that costly for what you get.

I really enjoy coffee and cappuccino. I am about to look for some nice cappuccino maker, but im afraid if i could prepare it by myself.
