What would you Improve?!

Which of the following coffee brewing steps/processes do you use/perform and which would you most like to see improved? Why?

1. Pour-over

2. Grinding beans

3. Coffee press

Are you asking which methods can be improved, or which methods we can become more proficient with?

Personally, I prefer the french press, but am awaiting a call from CP World Market that they have received the Aeropress I requested. I have an aunt who always swore by the chemex; however, I have an issue with the fact that one cannot flush the filter prior to the pour. Take a standard filter, steep it in hot water, then taste the water....eeeeewwwww. Now tell me I'm crazy (limited to this reason).
