I use Hostgator, not a bad price. I haven't suffered any down time with it either..though the IP address is not static so that kinda hurts u with SEO side of things.
I use Aplus dot net (now owned by Deluxe, whose investment has just made them better). For about $10 per month, billed quarterly, I can host up to three different websites. They have website builder software (Trellix) which I used for quite awhile but recently installed their WordPress plugin and changed over to WordPress since it is such a huge, well supported platform with endless free and for purchase themes and plugins.
I'm at davenport coffee dot com if you want to see what a neophyte can do but I'm still under semi-construction so excuse the mess.
Oh, and the biggest thing -- SERVICE -- I give them an A+. If I have an issue (which 99% of the time has been because I'm just knowledgeable enough to be dangerous) I talk to a real person and they usually fix my mistakes while I'm on the phone with them. A couple of times they had to do some background coding and took care of that very quickly and closed my 'ticket' in a few hours.
