Hi Joe! After 6 weeks of going around with the landlord the lease is ready to sign. Met with 3 contractors on site last Wednesday and awaiting quotes for build out. Had a successful end to fundraising campaign with 22k raised, and now shopping for loans for the balance. Things are happening fast, very exciting.

Hi Joe, Floors are done, counter and roaster is in, artwork going up- should be open within the next 3 weeks- I will probably push it to first week of January.

VERY COOL! I love those tiles and some of the decor in there so far. Good luck please let the forum know when you are open. Post some pics etc.
