I agree. As soon as I detect even so much as a hint of sourness in my coffee, I throw it out and brew a new pot or just get a new cup to see if it's the pot itself.It seems so strange to be thinking about how to make the coffee taste sour when we usually try so hard to avoid it.
I'm wondering if there was a problem with the beans. As this article illustrates, there are a lot of ways the coffee could turn out tasting "different" (maybe amber beans?)
