Software for Schaerer Siena/Opal Espresso Machine

Looking for assistance with the necessary software to program my Siena. I had to purchase a new motherboard and this board requires the use of software to update the settings, previous board allowed for configuration via buttons on front of machine.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
