Social Media in the Coffee Industry

I read in one of your posts about you doing that. Sounds like a great idea and something def worth trying!
 
I kind of agree with you about FB. I mostly use for contacting customers when I know they are on line. However, most of serious business is done by website and formal emails.
 
Social media is like it sound, social. It's basically to attract traffic to your website. Today it is not so hard to sync your posts on several social media at the same time. So before decide where to post or what social media channel works better, try several at the same time, and take a look to the analytics.
It depends on the market, your potential clients, etc. they will prefer FB, twitter, Instagram, etc...

At the end anyway, looks like is good idea to have presence and establish a communication channel with your clients, or potential clients via any social media. Is something that anybody expect by default from any business.
