Yes, sure. Just to understand how it works, you need to contact the support service. I always made coffee with the Boiler PID, but I started to feel a strange taste of iron after a while. I read somewhere that you can't drink coffee if there is a taste of aluminum, iron, and burning (the taste of burning happens when you poorly cleaned the coffee machine after use). I changed some parts, but the taste remained. So I started making coffee using the hot water dispenser that I ordered on diligentchef.
