Seeking start-up advice

My business partner and I are getting into this new venture. We are looking into coffee online distribution (to individuals and business sites as well). We are considering several options and right now the main concerns are:
• Should we specialize in one particular brand/region of coffee?
• Where to obtain the merchandise
• How to start advertising

Any ideas/feedback tips will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Le,
Online coffee distributors are a dime a dozen and unless you have your own specialty coffee you probably will have a tough time. If you are going to carry the standard run of the mill products then it's been done, done again, and overdone. You need your own product line and something truely unique about your company.
