Roasting cheap grade coffee

I was talking about the end user adding the salt, not the manufacturer

I understand sae I was directing this to CJ.

I don't know if this is strange to coffee takers in your countries, in Vietnam so many people like to drink coffee that is a bit salted, not because of the quality of the green coffee beans, just because it the way they enjoy coffee.
Myself, I think the quality of the green coffee beans is very important for the taste and scent of roasted coffee beans

I have heard from one of my friend who is not the manufactures but lab tech here in Michigan.
He has found including many big brands salt in their coffee.
I don't think there is ingredients post on any coffee bags...

To prove my point, make a pot of coffee or pour two cups of coffee.

First cup, drink black the way you normally drink.
Second cup, put very small amount of table salt like maybe less then pinch of salt in it... and drink it.

You will see the big differences.
They put salt in many espresso base drinks before and now they are putting in the regular coffee to add flavor and salt is very addictive ingredients.

Theoretically, they would be required to put salt on the label if used as an ingredient.

I'm guessing you don't see ingredients listed on bags of coffee because coffee beans are usually the only thing in the sack, unless flavorings are present. And I'm pretty sure flavoring Austin be included as ingredients.
