Selling our Probat Probatino 1KG roaster. Roaster is in good, clean condition and ready to roast. Currently setup for Propane and 120V, but the burner jets for natural gas are included. Cyclone and some ventilation ductwork included. Modifications to the roaster include the following:
Roaster is located in Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Happy to answer any questions you might have.
- A variable frequency drive on the cyclone AC motor for more precise airflow control during roast.
- Gas pressure manometer
- Relocated bean temp thermocouple (Positioned to be near the center of mass of the beans for 500-1kg batch sizes)
- Environmental temp thermocouple added near the original analog thermometer
- High quality welded stainless steel stand on casters for easy movement of roaster.
