dsmolicz..what kind of equipment did you go with?

 

[dsmolicz]

We went with a Toper 15Kg roaster and made some modifications so we could get more accurate temperature readings, in a few different places within the drum. Cafe equipment is a mix between Sanremo, Mahlkonig and Londinium.
