That's a good call, these aren't labeled as espresso, and this is my first non espresso bean I'm trying to make espresso with. Even though they list instructions for espresso that does not mean this bean is ideal for espresso I can live with that thought!

I have had certain beans that run super fast and grinding super fine (about zero) barely makes a difference. In fact today was El Salvador ; Santa Rosa (Pacamera). It's washed beans, been a few times with Pacamara. They must be very soluble for some reason, 17 seconds was the slowest I got. Milk drink turned out very good \_(ツ)_/.
