Hi All,
I am getting ready to retire from the military and for years I have thought about opening a coffee shop. More specifically I would like to purchase a coffee truck. I am working on a business plan but I would like to get some ideas from those who came before me.
I'm in Hawaii so the weather is great year round.
I look forward to hearing your ideas and getting some mentorship.

-Start up costs
-overlooked mistakes
-barista training
-etc.

Welcome to the forum.
The questions you are asking been answered many times on here. So do little search, and you will get much more answers.
But here is little generic answers and you will be able to find much more in debt in search.

Start up Cost.

This can be from 50k -250k
It all depends on what you want to get.
If you want nicer and brand new trucks.... This can get very expensive.

Overlooked mistakes.
Thinking this is going to be easy....
Promotion.

Barista Training.
There are tons of them out there if you are willing to pay for them.

As you get into the business plan and pricing out the equipment, come back and ask here more specific questions.
We will be glad to answer those and give you advise on where to go.
Also we have few members from Hawaii.

Good LUck

Hello,

If you are serious, have a coffee truck that has passed health inspection. It is in Hawaii and possibly for sale.

Lmk. Or if you want to meet up and just talk business can tell you the ups and downs.

Hi "kingcoffee",

It probably would have been better if you posted a separate thread (listing the coffee truck that you have for sale in the title).

I see that you posted it in several other places . . .

So, when it's sold, please go back into each place where you posted it and let us know that it's sold - That way, people won't keep asking about it.

Thanks,

Rose
