Ideally something that can run in a residential setting on 110v + propane.

Prefer moderately priced options such as Ambex, Mill City, BC, or any of the Turkish varieties, but might consider other brands depending on deal specifics.

Located in Charlotte, NC and can travel within reason with suitable transportation (enclosed trailer).
