Hello everyone, new here, been home roasting for about a month now, and been addicted to coffee since my first cup around 16... I'm now 30 and still working on that perfect cup. Hope I can add to the conversation here and it will be useful.

im not completely new to the roasting, been roasting for about 2 years.
i have 2 roasters.

a small 5kg hasgaranti (its about 9 years old)
and a 15kg gothot (bout 12 years old and the love of my life)

tell us about yourself...how much do you roast, what do you roast? would love to hear more!
