Thank you. I will try that.group thing is great. however, it will be difficult to do this specially in the beginning.
just buy few different, fresh roasted coffee from local roasters (let's say Ethiopian, Guatemalan, Indonesian. they all have very distinctive flavors), and research the generic flavors from internet. and cup them one by one.
certainly, you will taste the differences and try to pick out the most general smell/taste characteristics.
that would be a very good beginning.
