I found a listing for a good condition Bezzera Prof'express with 2 portafilters, how much should i pay for it

Hello! i recently found a listing on marketplace for a quite good condition Bezzera Prof'express, the model is from 2013 and this one comes with 2 portafilters. from the pictures the machine looks clean with not a single scuff mark (images attached). I am looking to use it at home for espresso and lattes.

in general i am looking for a single group machine for home use with sufficiant pressure and consistency, the previous machines i had weren't able to make good crema and had extraction issues (i had better results with a filter paper sandwich though). before seeing this listing i eyed a brand new delonghi dedica but that seems to have bad reviews.

The asking price for the Bezzera is around $480 USD, it's quite expensive so i am asking here if it's a worthwile purchase

Hard to put a price on a used machine, but it looks well cared for... at least externally anyway. A more robust machine like that sometimes require it to be plumbed in, as in running water/drain lines to it and of course surely has a large boiler and will take some time to come up to temp from a cold start. I will do a bit of searching online for more info on it.

Edit... OK a very quick search turned up little, but did find a parts diagram of that model and the first thing that pops out is that it will require plumbing as in the drip tray is designed for that and it has a large rotary pump and on older machines that tends to require a water feed line. That type of machine is no doubt very robust and designed for a smaller volume commercial setting and not really ideal for typical home use. Of course anything is possible if you have the space/means to set it up, but there are simply better options for most home enthusiasts.

I see, i do't think i can make an installation in my rental same for the long time to get heated. I guess i'll look for another machine.

Have no clue what might be available in your area. I personally would avoid common appliance type machines like DeLonghi, Breville, etc. but that's just my take on it. Definitely depends on budget, expectations, intended use/longevity, etc.

Well i do belive those brands are not the best, but i can't seem to find another list of brands. i admit, where i live we don't have the best coffee culture so most specialty brands are not advertizing here. Can you link me to a comprehansive list of brands (i will google it in the meantimes)
