Dark Matter Coffee sells Unicorn Blood espresso blend. They are located in the Evanston and South Loop Whole Foods and you can pick up a bag at their roasting location at 738 N Western or their coffee shop, Star Lounge. If that doesn't tickle your fancy, PM me and I'll give you more to try.

There's a great roaster in Wheaton, http://ihaveabean.com, who has spectacular coffee, and they're in several of the Chicago area Whole Foods.
