In this video, Dr. Rhonda Patrick covers:
• How drinking unfiltered coffee can raise cholesterol by up to 30 mg/dL in just weeks
• The coffee brewing method that best supports longevity
• Can espresso's high antioxidant content offset its cholesterol risk?
• Is instant coffee an overlooked longevity booster?

Questions:

I make Turkish, espresso, moka pot, and French press. I have a Hario V60 Switch that uses a paper filter, if after making those above coffees, I take a second step and pour them into the Hario and let it filter the coffee, will that take care of the problem discussed in this video?

The moka pot I use the little disk filters that are used in the AeroPress, the filter fits nicely into the bottom of the top pitcher part, I would assume that is adequate to filter out the oil?

What wasn't discussed is the different roasts, is light roast worse or better than dark roast?

I am assuming yes to the first two questions that doing the final filtering would work.
