How hard is to make....10k - 15k? in a month?

I know a guy that jumped in with both feet. He invested alot of money but was grossing close to 1/2 million annually.........much to his surprise.
Unique location. Quality coffee but does his own baking etc

I'm never impressed by anyone's gross. Many airlines gross over $5 Billion per year and are running at a loss.

It's Net or nada.

Gross is smoke and mirrors for amateurs.

Sell food. Lots of people want coffee and a . . . . ? And if you don't have it the next shop does. Contract with a bakery. Start small. So small overhead and when you sell out, you sell out. It'll add to your average ticket and less people will pass you by for the shop down the street that does have that extra something.

Oh, and if you're buying it ready-made lots less health department hassle.

I guess I am easily impressed as the guy went from zero to 1/2 million in a year.
While he did well on roasting and packaging, he also sold coffee by the cup but told me the margins on prepared from scratch food was also good.
