Drive Thru building- Help!!!!

No matter what process you go through prefab or building from scratch you will still need to go through the waiting process for permits, design and review board, health dept., etc. The only advantage if at all that you would have with a prefab is the building is already built.

Anyone have local prefab builder recommendations in Washington state? I'm looking to have a 8' X 16' stand on skids built to the cities municipal codes since it will sit on a flood plain, however I'm really come up short finding local builders that have built drive-thru stands previously. Thanks for your input!
