Differece Japanese Cold Brews

Which do you guys prefer and why? What are some of the benefits of each? I personally love the cold brew but some prefer the taste of drip. would love to hear feedback on this.

I moved to Croatia some time ago and opened a small juice and smoothie, salad bar and we served cold drip coffee as well for its health benefits compared to regular hot water brewed coffee.

We definitely prefer cold drip.

Reason 1:
These machines look fantastic - very catchy for the eye and many people get attracted

Reason 2:
Perfect taste and much more manageable than french press. You can control the speed of the drip, you can adjust the temperature by changing the ratio of water / ice. You can change the strength during the process, etc...

Reason 3:
If you have a clod drip tower with multiple containers you can make multiple types of coffee at the same time in large quantities.
