coffee reviews

I love wine. I love to taste wine. I love coffee, and have been cupping my own roasts since I started. But I don't feel like I have the technique down yet, and my palette is not refined enough to recognize some of the subtler characteristics that I see described by the pros. How to sharpen my senses in order to improve my cupping skills? Sorry, I think I just hijacked this thread! You can have it back in exchange for your advice.

This would be a great topic to discuss in a new thread. But you'll need to give it a good title that will get people's attention.
